Updating health-history report data
- Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
- Select Utilities > Data Maintenance > Generate Health History.
- Click Search.

In the Module column, select
Health And Safety.
Search results include these entries:
- Update Health Component History - Updates previous health components with audit information
- Update Health Record History - Updates previous health records with audit information

Select one or both entries and select More Actions (ellipsis) > Update.
Audit information in the selected reports is updated with audit data that is available through the current date and time.
