Viewing assignment metrics per component

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management or Health & Safety Facility Management.
  2. Select Health & Safety Management > Occupational Health > Monitor Health Components > Health Components.
  3. Click the Summary tab.
  4. On the Health Components pane, select the component that is of interest.
    You can filter by the component description and by its Active status.
    Optionally, use the menu on the More Actions pane to perform actions on the selected component.
  5. Click Charts to select one of these views:
    • List - A table shows the number of employees whose assignment is in each status.
    • Count Bar Chart - A graph shows the number of employees whose assignment is in each status.
    • Count Pie Chart - A pie chart shows the number of employees whose assignment is in each status.

    The Summary pane displays numeric values for each status and a percent-completed value for the component.
