Viewing health records by employee or by component
- Sign in as Health & Safety Management or Health & Safety Facility Management.

Select Occupational Health > Maintain Health Records > Health Records.
Or, select Home > Monitor Health Records.

Click the Employees tab.
Optionally, select an employee record to view the list of health records for components that the employee has been assigned, if any.Or, double-click an employee record to open the associated Health Profile page.

Click the Health Components tab.
Optionally, select a component record to view the list of health records of employees to whom the component has been assigned, if any. Or, double-click a component record to open the Health Component page.Or, if you are a facility manager, select a facility on the Health Records pane to filter the list by that facility.
- Optionally, open a row in the results pane to view or update health-record details.
