Assigning additional locations for a facility health manager

You can assign multiple locations to a facility manager.

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Locations > Location Managers.
  3. Select the row for a resource.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Select the location from the Location field.
  6. Select a resource in the Location Manager field.
  7. Optionally, clear the Active check box to prevent the assignment from being active.
  8. Select Health in the Access Type panel.
  9. Click Save.
    The new location is displayed on the Other Locations tab for this location manager.
