Case Management and Knowledge Base tiles
The Case Management tile can be used
to submit questions. The Knowledge Base tile can be used to browse help topics.
Before the Case Management and Knowledge Base tiles can be used, an administrator must complete these tasks in Infor HR Talent:
- Create the endpoint URL for ticket creation and the viewing and retrieval of help topics.
- Create the OAuth record to ensure that requests that are sent to the endpoint are correctly secured and authorized.
