Raves tile
The Raves tile, also known as Employee Recognition, can be used by employees to recognize one another for doing excellent work. Users can create personalized raves. These raves can be categorized according to the skills and attributes. Employees can recognize one another and include a personalized comment and attachment. You can configure email templates so that when one employee creates a rave about another, emails are distributed to others:
- The recognizing employee
- The employee who is recognized
- The manager of the recognizing employee
- The manager of the employee who is recognized
Administrators can use the home page for Employee Recognition to view raves that are sorted by employee, by recognition program, and by recognition category. They can also view a list of employees with the highest number of raves. The home page for Employee Recognition is located in Infor HR Talent. Select .
Before employees can create raves, an administrator must complete these tasks in HR Talent:
- Assign the Employee Recognition Administration role to an administrator.
- Set up a recognition program for your organization.
- Designate the recognition program you created as the rave program.
- Set up recognition categories that correspond to skills and attributes.
- Set up Recognized By and Recognized Employee email templates. Perform this task if you want emails to be sent to employees and managers when an employee creates a rave.
- Enable employee recognition.
For the organization, select tab. In the Global HR Features section, select the Employee Recognition check box.
