Paychecks tile

The Paychecks tile can be used by employees to view their most recent paycheck as a chart. The chart visually represents how much of their paycheck went toward company deductions, after-tax deductions, pre-tax deductions, taxes, and wages. Users can also view past paychecks and details about each paycheck.

Before users can view their paychecks using the Paychecks tile, an administrator must complete these tasks in Infor HR Talent:

• Complete the HRM payroll cycle up to and including PR160.
• Set up cross-reference tables for company, employee, and HR organization unit.
• Execute the FormatPaymentPrint process flow to format the HRM Payment Print file so it can be imported into HR Talent. This process masks the employee identification numbers and bank account numbers.
• Execute the PaymentPrintImport process flow to transfer the PaymentPrintImport.csv file to the PaymentPrintImport business class, and initiate the CreateAllViewEmployeePayChecks set action.
