Accessing a mentee's profile

You have access to a subset of your mentees' profile.

  1. Select Mentors > My Mentees.
  2. Double click (or right-click > Open) the mentee to open the mentee's profile.

    • Access At A Glance to view the mentee's contact information.

    • Access Checklists to view the mentee's active and historical checklists.

      Note: 

      You can take the same actions as from Checklists > Checklists. If you open a checklist, you can take the same actions on checklist components as from Checklists > Development Tasks. You can also assign a checklist from this tab.

    • Access Activities to view the mentee's active and historical personal and activities.

      Note: 

      You can take the same actions on personal and activities as from Checklists > Development Tasks. You can also assign an activity or a personal activity to the mentee.

    • Access Talent Profile to view the mentee's competencies and skills. You cannot take any actions on this tab.

    • Access Mentors to view the mentees' mentors (including yourself). You cannot take any action on this tab.
