Creating time records for my staff

Use this procedure to report time for your staff.

Managers view pay periods for reported time entry.

Total hours and pay codes are displayed.

  1. Select My Staff > Manage Time > Staff Time Entry.
  2. Select an employee record.
  3. On the Open Pay Records section, select a start date.
  4. Specify this information:
    Date
    Specify the date for the time entry record.
    Optionally, specify date changes in the Start Time , Break Hours , and End Time fields.
    Calculated Hours
    Specify the total calculated hours that have been specified by the employee.

    The position, job, organization unit, and location are default fields from the existing work assignments. These fields cannot be edited.

  5. To create a time record or change a draft time record, specify the hours and select a pay for the applicable date.
  6. Click Save.
