Manager Ask

Managers use Manager Ask to create and manage cases that pertain to their direct reports. Managers use cases to request help with an issue or problem with their direct reports. The widget is available to users with the role of CaseEmployeeManager.

With Manager Ask, managers can perform these functions for cases:

  • View cases, including notes and attachments, that are created by your case agent reports
  • Create and submit new cases
  • Update details for active cases
  • Update case notes and attachments
  • View case status
  • Close cases and reopen closed cases
  • Complete and submit surveys regarding direct reports' cases and the service that was provided

These reports are available in Manager Ask:

  • Staff: Managers can view the active cases, archived cases, and a profile of each direct report.
  • All Active Cases: Managers can view the active cases regarding their direct reports.
  • All Archived Cases: Managers can view the archived cases regarding their direct reports.
  • Surveys: Managers can take surveys regarding cases that were closed.
