Viewing staff approaching limits

Use this procedure to view a list of your direct reports who are approaching the pre-defined absence limits. The threshold for the % of Limit that is needed in order to be displayed on this list is defined by the absence administrator on the Organization Configuration.

Select Manage Absences > Staff Approaching Limits.

A list of balances approaching limits is displayed.
You can open a record from the list to see more balances for the plan. For example, the total of their Pending + Approved requests, and the Available To Request balance.

The balances displayed are determined by the Balance Display options set on the Absence Plan for the Manager. This is defined by the absence administrator.
