Viewing and adjusting your own learning budgets
This topic is applicable if your organization uses learning budgets. It is not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.
To view your own budgets
- Select Manager > Develop Employees > Learning Budget Analysis.

Select the Budgets tab.
The Budget Details panel displays all the budgets that you own and the budget amounts that you are responsible for spending.
These amounts do not include the budget amounts that are assigned to your managers.

Select a budget to view in the lower panel the
budget amounts assigned to the managers that report to you within
the same budget who have not yet reviewed their budgets.
These amounts are independent of your own budget amounts.

To view the details for one of your own budgets, open
the budget.

The Requests tab shows the activities associated with the budget, their total projected costs, and their statuses. Open an activity to view the details. Select the Costs tab to view the details of the costs associates with an activity.

The Budget Totals tab shows the actual budget amount that you are responsible for, the projected spent amount (which is the total projected costs of the resource activities associated with the budget), and the remaining amount.

To view the details for the budget of a manager reporting to you, open the
budget you want to view.
