Mentors

As a manager, you can:

• Designate any of your direct reports as a mentor

• Assign or unassign any designated mentor in the organization as a mentor to a direct or indirect report

• Assign a mentee from anywhere in the organization to a direct or indirect report who is a mentor

• Change the resource's primary mentor when a direct or indirect report has several mentors

• Transfer a mentor's mentee
• Update primary and non-primary mentor status
