Updating competency and skill proficiencies

You can always update the proficiency level (rating) of an employee's competency or skill. Employees can also request their proficiency level to be updated. You can cancel their request, update the proficiency level according to their request, or with a different proficiency level.

If your organization uses email automation, you may receive an email notification when an employee has submitted a request to update a proficiency level.
