Example: Result ranges for lower results are better
In this example, the goal is to reduce issue turnover to 20 days or lower.
On the Rating Criteria tab, a message guides you to specify values from the highest to the lowest. Add values only in the From column. When you save the form, the To values are calculated. This is a sample of the result ranges you might specify for this goal.
Note: You cannot change the highest
and lowest values.

The results range are displayed on the goal's Details tab in the same format:
1 - Poor Performance = 30 to 999,999.00 Days
2 - Fair Performance = 25 to 29.99 Days
3 - Meet Expectations = 20 to 24.99 Days
4 - Exceed Performance = 15 to 19.99 Days
5 - Star Performance = -999,999.00 to 14.99 Days
