Overview of Manage Absences

The Manage Absences menu contains these selections for managing absences:

Menu item	Description	Reference
Staff Approaching Limits	shows your direct reports who are approaching the limits of their absence plans. The threshold for this calculation is set up by the administrator.	Viewing staff approaching limits
Staff Balances	shows your direct reports' absence plan balances.	Viewing staff absence plan balances
Staff Absences	shows absence balances, time off, buy time off, sell time off, exchange time off, leaves of absence, and the calendar for your direct reports.	Managing staff absences
Staff Time Off Requests	shows your direct reports' time off requests, and their buy, sell, and exchange requests.	Viewing staff time off requests
