Health component status
Use the Health Component Status page to see which of your staff are assigned to each component. Your relationship to each employee is maintained as part of Infor HR Talent supervisor-structure functionality. To access this page, your profile must have the Manager or Occupational Health Administrator role.
Access the page in the menu.
After you select a component in the Health Components panel, you can view its information on these tabs:
- The Health Component Status tab shows the list of employees who are assigned to the selected component. You can filter by health-component status and view expiration dates. You can access each employee's record, for example to view health records and appointments.
- The Staff Summary tab shows the number of
assignments in each status for the selected component. Click to select one of these views:
- List - A table shows the count and percent of assignments in each status.
- Count Bar Chart - A graph depicts the number of employees whose assignment is in each status.
- Count Pie Chart - A pie chart depicts the number of employees whose assignment is in each status.
The Summary panel displays numeric values for each status and a percent-completed value for the component.
