Staff health
Use the Staff Health page to view health-assignment information about each of your direct and indirect reports. Your relationship to each employee is maintained as part of Infor HR Talent supervisor-structure functionality.
Access the page in the menu.
You can view these tabs for each of your staff and can access details of each record:
- Health Records
A health record contains a record of the employer-required health components that an employee has completed during the employment period, for example tests or immunizations. You can view health records that are in one of these statuses: Refused, Pending Approval, Waived, Completed.
Note: A health record is not the personal health record for an employee. - Health
Components
A component is an individual procedure, test, or vaccine requirement. For example, a test for Hepatitis A antibodies, one in a series of hepatitis vaccines, a COVID-19 test, or a flu shot. Components can be linked into a component series. You can view health components that are in one of these statuses: Pending Approval, In Process. After a component is approved as completed, it is moved to the Health Records tab.

Appointments
Appointments are on-site events that the organization schedules to assist employees in complying with a component. Health administrators and health-facility managers can schedule an appointment for one employee or many employees.
