Renewing skills and credentials

If skills and credentials require renewal on a cyclical basis, an employee can request your approval to renew them. You can cancel the request or renew the skill or credential. You can renew a skill or credential, whether or not a request to renew has been submitted.

If your organization uses email automation, you may receive an email notification when an employee has submitted a request to renew a skill or credential.
