Approving or rejecting action plans
You may receive a notification when an employee submits action plans for your approval. You can review but not change the action plans.
Note: Approving action plans is a one-time action for a goal year
and period. So you must ensure all the employee's action plans for the year and period have
been defined before you approve them. After you have approved all action plans for a year
and period, any goals created subsequently for that same year will have their action plans
created in Approved status, whether or not the goal type requires approval.
