Rejecting, waiving, or cancelling an activity for a direct report

If your organization is using Infor Learning Management, this procedure applies only to activities that are not imported from Infor Learning Management.

For activities imported from Infor Learning Management, you must access the Infor Learning Management portal to cancel your activity registration. Access Develop Employees > Employee Learning, and click Manage. You can click Courses to view the direct reports registered for a course and cancel their registration, or you can "impersonate a user" and cancel a specific employee's course registration. For more information, see the Infor Learning Management documentation.
Regardless of who requested or assigned activities for your direct reports, you can perform the following actions:
- For non-required activities

Cancel your direct reports' non-required activities at any time, even after they are registered for a session (but not when the activity is in Complete status).

(Learning budgets only) Reject your direct report's non-required activities while they are in Requested status.

- For required activities
Waive your direct reports' required activities at any time, even after they are registered for a session (but not when the activity is in Complete status).
All these actions are final. If at a later date you want to re-assign the same activity, you must perform the
action again.You can also perform these actions from the Activities tab of your direct report's development plan.
