Submitting a resource's action plans for approval (administrator)
Employees will typically submit their own action plans for approval. However, administrators can perform this action on any resource's behalf.
Before you submit a resource's action plans for approval, you must make sure that all the resource's Draft action plans for the year and period that you want to submit for approval are defined and ready to be submitted. Once you submit a year and period for approval and the manager approves the action plans for the year and period, you will no longer be able to submit other action plans for approval for that year and period. If you create action plans for the same year and period after your action plans have received approval, they will be created in Approved status, even if the goal type requires approval.
