Associating employee goals with activities (goal leader)

If an employee needs to complete a activity to attain a goal, you can associate the goal with an activity.

  1. Access Goal Leader > Resource Goals.
  2. Select the employee whose goal you want to update.
  3. On the Active tab, open the goal you want to associate with an activity.
  4. Access the Activities tab, and click New.
  5. Select the appropriate activity and click OK.
