Missing Alignments (administrator)

This analytic cube displays resource goals that are not aligned to the Organizational Goal shown but are within the Alignment Group shown.

Access: Administrator (or Generalist) > Goals > Reports > Goal Alignment Reports > Organizational Goal Reports > Missing Alignments

The view includes the following columns:

  • Employment ID

  • Name

  • Resource Goal

  • Resource Goal Year

  • Start Date

  • Due Date

  • Organizational Goal

  • Alignment Group

  • Goal Type

  • Begin date

  • End date

To generate this report provide values in these fields:

  • Report Name. Required.

  • Organizational Goal. Required. Designates which Organizational Goal to check for missing alignments.

  • Alignment Group. Optional. If Alignment Group is entered, the report will only include Employees who meet the condition of the Alignment Group.

Clicking Align automatically aligns the resource goal to the organizational goal list.
