Loading predefined values for Next Steps Instructions

Use this procedure to load predefined values for the Next Steps Instructions section of the Organization Configuration page.

  1. Select Administrator > Utilities > Customer Updates.
  2. Click Check for Updates.
  3. On the Available for Update tab, select Update Goal Configuration Next Step Values.
  4. Click Run.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Select Administrator > Utilities > Data Maintenance.
  7. Search for Update Goal Configuration Next Step Values in the Description column. Right-click the action and select Open.
  8. Click Run.
  9. Select an organization from the Organizations list, or select the Run For All Organizations check box.
  10. Click Submit.
