Inactivating organization units

Select Administrator > Set Up > Structure > Organization Units.

On the Structure tab, expand the organization structure that contains the organization unit to inactivate. Continue to expand the structure until you locate the correct organization unit.

Select the organization unit to inactivate.

Select Actions > Inactivate This Branch.

Select the date on which the organization unit becomes inactive, and click OK.
