Converting business class data

If employee bank details are in Infor HR Talent and they interface to Infor HR Payroll or a non-Infor payroll system, administrators must complete the conversion steps before enabling the resource bank payment. The conversion action changes data from the Employee Bank Details business class to the Resource Bank Account business class.
  • The tenant must be multi-tenant.
  • The conversion cannot be processed if the payroll interface is HRM S3.
  1. Sign in as Administrator.
  2. Select Setup > Structure > Organizations.
  3. Open an organization.
  4. Specify an effective date.
  5. Click the Configuration tab.
  6. Click the Bank Account Conversion link next to the Resource Bank Payment check box.

    You can also select Utilities > Bank Details Conversion > Convert Existing Bank Details to access this page.

    If you are prompted to save your changes, click No.

  7. Click Start Conversion and click OK.

    If the conversion process is completed with no errors, the “Conversion process completed” message is displayed. Click View Resources to view the By Resource tab.

    If the conversion process is completed with errors, the “Completed with errors" message is displayed. Click the link to view a list of errors.

    • Click View Recommendations to view a recommendation message of ways to fix the record.
    • Select an error and click Email Employee to send an email to the employee to request corrections.
    • Click Send Conversion Report Email to schedule an email to all employees found on the error report list. This email advises employees to correct their bank account information.
  8. To activate the feature, click Enable Resource Bank Payment, specify an effective date, and click OK.
    You can enable the feature even if the conversion was completed with errors.
