Anonymizing and purging employee information
When the anonymize and purge function is configured, administrators with the Purge Action Administrator security can initiate anonymizing and purging employee records.
Note: Purge and anonymize
actions are permanent, and the data cannot be recovered.
Note:
Purge Action Administrators cannot purge or anonymize their own employee data.
If an employee also has candidate data, that candidate data is purged with the employee data.
- Select .
- Review the employee list. A red exclamation mark indicates that the work assignment for that employee is still active. Work assignments must be inactivated before they can be purged and anonymized.
- Double-click an employee name to see the preview with details of the data to be anonymized and purged.
- Select .
- Specify the scheduling details for the purge action, and click OK to run the action immediately.
- Click Yes to the Confirmation Required message.
