Updating qualification configuration

  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Qualifications > Qualification Configuration.
  2. Select the organization.
  3. To include credential in hire and rehire actions, select Include Credential in Hire and Rehire Actions.
  4. To include grace period in hire and rehire actions, select Include Grace Period in Hire and Rehire Actions.
  5. To configure managers to be able validate records, such as resource experience, select Include Validate Action.
  6. To have configure managers to be able to specify the date of validation that is different from the default date, select Allow Validated Date Entry
  7. Click Save.
