Checking the status of the process flow

  1. Select Process Server Administrator > Administration > Work Units > Work Units.
  2. Locate the HRMEmployeeDeductionExport process flow and check the Status field.
    Note: You can also view the status of many hiring actions by selecting Administrator > Action Requests and clicking the Visual Workflow tab. Select an action from the Pending Action Requests table to view status details.
  3. If the status is Failed, check the log files to determine the cause of the error.
  4. If the status is Complete, verify that the Employee Deduction Export Record was successfully interfaced to HRM:
    1. Select Benefits > Utilities > Interface > Export Records > Standard Deductions.
    2. Click the Processed tab and locate the Employee Deduction Export Record.
    3. Confirm that the Status is Processed.
    The data that HRM received is reflected on the HRM Employee Deduction record.
