Assigning job country attributes to a job

Use this procedure to add country attributes to a job. You can add more than one attribute for a specific countries and you can add attributes for more than one country.

  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Jobs And Positions > Jobs.
  2. Open the job to update.
  3. On the Country Attributes tab, click Create and specify this information:
    Effective Date
    Select the effective date for the job country attribute.
    Country
    Select the country for which the attribute is defined.
    Category
    Select the country attribute category to assign to the job.
    Code
    Optionally, if codes are defined for the category, select the code for the job.
    Sub Code
    Optionally, if sub codes are defined for the category, select the sub code for the job.
    Active
    Select this check box to make the job country attribute active. It is selected by default. Clear the field to inactivate it.
  4. Click Save to save the attribute assignment or click Save and New to save the attribute assignment and create another one.
