Generating turnover reports

The turnover analysis overview is displayed if you configure turnover by dates using date correction. Reports are created and calculated based on the dates that you specify in the New Hire, Rehire, and Termination fields.

  1. Select Administration > Report Catalog > Reports > Turnover > Turnover Analysis.
  2. Click Overview.
  3. On the Actions section, click Create / Update Date in Turnover Reports.
  4. In the Create Resource Turnover Analysis Data page, specify this information:
    Process Employee And Work Assignment Changes Since Last Run
    Select this criterion to view the last time the work assignment changes are run.
    Enter Process Dates and Times
    Select this criterion to enter the process dates and times.

    Optionally, you can create a report for a specific set of employees by selecting Employee ID Range.

  5. Click Submit.
  6. Click Refresh Turnover Cube to update existing reports.
  7. Click Reload Turnover Cube to delete existing cube reports and rebuild reports.
