Creating organization units
Use this procedure to create organization units for your organization. You can create organization units by creating a new unit or by copying an existing unit. Each organizational unit must specify the unit to which it reports. This defines the unit's place within the structure. Each organizational unit can report to only one other unit in the structure.

Select Administrator > Set Up > Structure > Organization Units. Click the Structure tab.
Note: You can also create an organization unit on the Organization Units tab. Then you must remember which organization unit to specify in the Reports To Organization Unit field.
