Enabling fields for Middle East payroll

Note: The Middle East country must be created first.

General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) of the organization is where the contribution of the company is linked. These fields can be specified when the organization’s default country is Saudi Arabia (SA) and are available when Show Payroll is enabled from the Country Configurable Fields tab of the organization.

License Number is the authorization number given by the Ministry of Labor that enables a company to source manpower. This field can be specified when the organization’s default country is Saudi Arabia (SA), and is available when Show Payroll is enabled from the Country Configurable Fields tab of the organization.

  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Structure > Organization Units.
  2. Open the Organization Unit.
  3. On the Detail tab, for the General Organization for Social Insurance, specify the GOSI Id, Issue Date, and Expiration Date.
  4. Specify the License Number, Issue Date, and Expiration Date.
  5. Click Save.
