Creating EEO-1 setup and mapping data

  1. Add the configuration property.

  2. Create ethnicity types for your organization if they do not already exist.
    See Creating resource-component ethnicity options in the Infor HR Talent Resources Setup and Administration Guide.
  3. Create job country attributes for your organization.

    These attributes are assigned to the job.

  4. Assign the job country attributes to the appropriate jobs if this has not already been done.

    These attributes are mapped to EEOC job categories.
