Anonymizing employee records
When Anonymize only is configured for the employee purge function, administrators with the Purge Action Administrator security role can initiate the anonymize action for employee records.
Note: Purge and anonymize
actions are permanent, and the data cannot be recovered.
Note: Purge Action Administrators cannot anonymize their own employee data.
- Select .
- Review the employee list. A red exclamation mark indicates that the work assignment for that employee is still active. Work assignments must be inactivated before they can be anonymized.
- Double-click an employee to review the preview with details of the data to be anonymized.
- Click the Anonymize button.
- Specify the scheduling details for the anonymize action, and click OK to run the action immediately.
- Click Yes to the Confirmation Required message.
