Creating mapping records for EEO-4 reports

Map your job country attribute category codes to the corresponding EEO
job category descriptions.
- Select Administrator > Reports > Regulatory Reporting > US > EEO-4 > Set Up > Set Up.
- Click the Job Category Mapping tab.
- Click Create.
- Specify the effective date, country or jurisdiction, job country attribute category, job country attribute code, and EEO-4 job category.
- Click Save.

Map your ethnicity types to the corresponding EEO ethnicity types.
- Select Administrator > Reports > Regulatory Reporting > US > EEO-4 > Set Up > Set Up.
- Click the Ethnicity Type Mapping tab.
- Click Create.
- Specify the ethnicity type and EEO-4 ethnicity.
- Click Save.

Map your work types to part-time or full-time.
- Select Administrator > Reports > Regulatory Reporting > US > EEO-4 > Set Up > Set Up.
- Click the Full Time/Part Time Type Mapping tab.
- Click Create.
- Specify the work type and the full-time or part-time status.
- Click Save.

Create the salary ranges for your jurisdiction.
Each job classification has a set of salary ranges and each employee must be included in one of those ranges. There can be only one set of salary ranges for each jurisdiction.
- Select Administrator > Reports > Regulatory Reporting > US > EEO-4 > Set Up > Set Up.
- Click the Salary Ranges tab.
- Click Create.
- Specify the effective date, description, and minimum and maximum ranges.
- Click Save.
