Custom groups

Custom groups are used by Infor HR Talent applications to identify a group of employees that can be processed together. For example, custom groups are used in Compensation for employee enrollment in compensation programs. Custom groups are also used in EEO and VET reporting.

Note: Other Infor HR Talent applications often refer to custom groups as eligibility groups.
