Adding education

When an education record is added to candidate or resource, it includes an education attainment, an education specialization, and an education institution. The education specialization is not required. These components are set up separately by the HR administrator.

Education refers to a formal course of education or training that is taken in an educational institution. High school diploma, university degree, trade school certificate, etc.

Education attainments are displayed in a selection list when a resource or candidate. or their proxy manager or recruiter, adds an education record. If the education is not in the list, they specify the name of the education in the Other field. You can then add all of the "other" education attainments to the education list so that they can be selectable in the future.

  1. Select Administrator > Qualifications > Education.
  2. On the Education tab, click Create, and specify this information:

    Level Equivalence
Specify the educational level to which qualification is equivalent. This can be used to evaluate a diploma in comparison with other diplomas. The level system must be designed at the organization level.
