Recruitment Activity Summary

Recruiters can access this report in Reports > Recruitment Activity > Summary.

This report provides a list of recruitment activity for requisitions. The user can open and view details about a specific requisition. An average number of days active is given for subtotal and total breaks. This list can be saved and modified to have different sort and subtotal breaks, such as recruiter ID, direct manager, organization unit, and job category.

Recruitment Activity Summary Totals

The Recruitment Activity Summary Totals report is a Landmark Embedded Analytics cube.

Recruiters can access this report in Reports > Recruitment Activity > Summary Totals.

For administrators and HR generalists, this report displays the recruitment activity summary for the selected period by hiring manager and location, including the number of requisitions, the number of days active, the number of openings, the number of job applications in process, the number of interviews, the number of offers, and the number of filled positions.

For recruiters, this report displays the same information by recruiter, hiring manager, and location.

Click Dimensions to select another dimension. For example, to view the information by position and hiring manager. For recruiters, Recruiter is always the top dimension.

Requested Vs Filled Openings

The Requested Vs Filled Openings report is a Landmark Embedded Analytics cube.

Recruiters can access this report in Reports > Recruitment Activity > Requested Vs Filled Openings.

For administrators and HR generalists, this report displays the number of openings versus the number of filled positions for the selected period by hiring manager and location in both list and bar graph form. If you select a hiring manager, the bar graph displays the openings versus filled information for each hiring manager. If you select a location under a hiring manager, the bar graph displays the openings versus filled information for each location.

For recruiters, this report displays the same information by recruiter, location, and status. Select a recruiter to view the bar graph by recruiter. Select a location to view the bar graph by location for the recruiter. Select a status to view the bar graph by status for the recruiter.
