Adding education institutions

An education institution is the school delivering the education.

The education institutions are displayed in a list when a resource or candidate, or their proxy manager or recruiter, adds an education record. If the institution is not in the list, they can the name of the institution in the Other field. You can then add all of the other institutions to the list so they can be selectable in the future.

  1. Select Administrator > Qualifications > Education.
  2. Click the Education Institutions tab.
  3. Click Create, and specify this information:
    Effective Date

    Specify the effective date.

    Education Institution
    Specify the education institution name.
    Description
    Specify a description. If this field is blank, the education institution name is used as the description.
    Country
    Specify the country if you provide an address.
    Address and contact information
    Optionally, specify the address and contact information. This information can be used to verify a resource's or candidate's diploma or the institution's accreditation in the case of lesser known institutions.
  4. Click Save.
