Creating the EEO-4 jurisdiction
- Select Administrator > Reports > Regulatory Reporting > US > EEO-4 > Set Up > Set Up.
- On the Jurisdiction tab, click Create.

Specify this information:
- EEOC Assigned Control Number

Specify the unique 8-digit EOC Assigned Control Number assigned to your jurisdiction. This number was previously designated for your jurisdiction by the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
- Jurisdiction Name

Specify the name of the jurisdiction. This name cannot start with the word "The" or a number.
- Country

Select the country in which the jurisdiction is located.
- Job Country Attribute Category

Select the attribute category for this report. This category is used to map the EEOC job categories for this jurisdiction.
- Type of Government

Select State, County, City, Township, Special District, or Other.
- Salary Range Table

Select a salary range table.
- Active
-
Select this check box if this is an active jurisdiction.
- Eligibility Group

Select the custom group from which resources are included for this report.

On the Jurisdiction
Address tab, select the location for the jurisdiction.
The address in this location is the default address on the report.
- On the Certification tab, specify the name and contact information for the person in your company who certifies that the report is accurate and truthful.
- Click Save.
