Action request process server
An action request typically triggers a process that routes the request to the appropriate persons. You are provided with base processes for each action request. The processes can be customized to fit the procedures of any organization.
Request approvers receive requests in their Process Server Inbasket. They can approve, reject, or return a request.
- Approve means that the request is passed on to the next approver. If the
approver is the last approver, the requested record is created in the system.
Reject means that the request is not approved.
- Return means that the request is returned to the initiator to be corrected and resubmitted.
Note: You can view the status of many hiring actions by selecting and clicking the Visual Workflow tab.
Select an action from the Pending Action Requests table to view status details.
For information about action requests, see the Infor HR Talent Configuration Guide.
