Enabling date corrections

When you enable the hire, rehire, and termination date corrections, users can update the date fields on the Dates & Service tab of the resource's profile by clicking Edit.

When you enable the reinstatement corrections, the audit logs for employees and work assignments are updated with a Corrected action tag when a resource is reinstated. Optionally, you can update the dates after those corrections to synchronize data in Birst for Infor HR Talent Analytics and in Landmark WSI for turnover calculations.

  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Structure > Organizations.
  2. Select the organization.
  3. Click the Turnover tab.
  4. Turn on the Configure Turnover By Dates switch.
  5. Specify a date in the Effective Date field to activate the turnover settings.
  6. On the Turnover Settings For Calculations section, specify this information:
    New Hire Date
    Select a new hire date option for calculations to use as a turnover setting.
    Rehire Date
    Select a rehire date option for calculations to use as a turnover setting.
    Termination Date
    Select a termination date option for calculations to use as a turnover setting.
    The selected date options are used to generate turnover data.
    Enable Hire Date Correction
    Turn on this switch to enable the hire date correction.
    Enable Rehire Date Correction
    Turn on this switch to enable the rehire date correction.
    Enable Termination Date Correction
    Turn on this switch to enable the termination date correction.
    Enable Reinstate Correction
    Turn on this switch to enable the reinstatement date correction.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Turn on the Use Terminate Approval Flow switch to enable employees to update and correct the Termination Date field.
