Configuring equivalency groups

Administrators add qualifications to equivalency groups. They can specify a minimum rating that is required by the candidate and a target rating.

  1. Select Qualifications > Equivalency Groups.
  2. Select an equivalency group.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Effective Date
    Specify the date that the qualification can be activated.
    Qualification
    Select one or more qualifications to add to the equivalency group.
    Essential Rating Level
    Specify a target rating for the qualification.
    Desired Rating Level
    Specify a minimum rating that the candidate must have for the qualification.
  5. Click Save.
