EEO-4 reporting
The EEO-4 report categorizes a state or local government's employee’s ethnicity and EEO job category. Use this procedure to create an EEO-4 report to file with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). This report is run in every odd-numbered year to verify compliance with EEOC nondiscrimination requirements. It separates employees into standard EEOC job categories and sorts them by ethnic code, salary range, and gender.
