Time To Fill reports
In Time To Fill calculations, the days that a requisition is on hold are deducted from the days that the requisition is in Open status. The Time To Fill calculation is: ((CurrentDate - DaysOpen) - DaysOnHold). The number of days on hold is calculated from when the requisition is placed on hold until when it goes to another status.
Time To Fill By Requisition
Recruiters can access this report in
.This report calculates the average number of days required to hire each of the candidates for a requisition. Select a hiring manager and requisition to view the hire information.
For the purposes of this report, "Hired" means the Offer Status for the candidate is Accepted. It does not necessarily mean that the Hire action has been taken.
Average Time To Fill
The Average Time To Fill report is a Landmark Embedded Analytics cube.
Recruiters can access this report in
.For administrators and HR generalists, this report displays the average time required to fill an opening by hiring manager and location for the selected period. For each selected hiring manager or location, the report displays the number of openings, the number of remaining openings, the number of filled openings, the average number of days to fill openings, and the optimal number of days to fill an opening (if configured for the organization).
For recruiters, the report displays the same information by recruiter, location, and status.

.This report displays the time to fill analysis for the selected period. For each requisition, the report displays the average number of days to fill, the number of days to fill, and the average number of days the job applications stayed in each process.
