Email template example

To notify a resource that an education attainment has been validated by the resource's manager, you could use this template.

Subject	Validation completed for {Education}
Body	Dear {ResourcePreferredFullName}, The following educational achievement has been validated: Education: {Education} Institution: {Institution} Completion Date: {CompletionDate}

When a manager validates a resource's education (assuming email automation has been set up with this template for "Manager Validates Education"), the affected resource receives an email with the variables resolved in context. For example, John Smith could receive an email that reads:

Dear John Smith,
The following educational attainment has been validated:

Education: MBS
Institution: Harvard University
Completion Date: June 5, 2000
