Turnover Rate By Period
By default, this report displays for each organization unit and period view a beginning and ending headcount, the number of resources who started, transferred in, transferred out, left, and the turnover rate.
The numbers are for each separate organization unit, regardless of the hierarchy. They do not roll up to the higher organization unit.
You can change the dimension to view the same information by manager, country, location, position, action reason, or any meaningful combination of the available dimensions.
By default, the report displays the last 12 months of data, starting from the period you selected as the current period. To see the data for previous months, you must scroll horizontally. Click to select other periods, such as Last 12 Quarters or Last Four Years.
By default, the pie chart displays the turnover rate for the selected organization unit and current period. Rest your pointer on the chart to view the turnover percentage. To view the turnover rate for previous period, select the period at the bottom of the graph.
The period that you can select for the graph depend on the periods you selected to display at the top of the form. For example, if you selected Last Four Years, you can select CurrentYear, PriorYear1, PriorYear2, PriorYear3, or PriorYear4.
Click the icon to select other chart views.
- The Starters, Leavers, TransfersIn, TransfersOut, or Reinstate charts display the number of resources that started, left, transferred in, or transferred out for each organization unit at the same level as the one you selected. Rest your pointer over a section of the pie to view the number of resources for the organization unit represented by that section. Select a different period at the bottom of the graph to view the data for a previous period.
- The Turnover chart displays in bar graph form the number of resources that started, left, transferred in, transferred out, or were reinstated for each of the organization units at the same level as the one you selected. The legend in the right corner describes what each bar color represents, for example, green representing leavers. Rest your pointer over a bar to view the number of resources represented by that bar. Select a different period at the bottom of the graph to view the data for a previous period.
Turnover Summary
By default, this report displays for each country and location the number of resources who started, transferred in, transferred out, left, and the turnover rate for the current period.
In this report, the numbers for each country are a rollup of the numbers for the locations within the country.
You can change the dimension to view the same information by calendar period, manager, organization unit, position, or action reason, or any meaningful combination of the available dimensions.
Click a country to view a bar graph of starters for each country. Rest your pointer on a country to see the number of starters for each country.
Click a location to view a bar graph of starters for each location within the country. Rest your pointer over a location to see the number of starters for each location.
Click the icon to display similar bar graphs for Leavers, TransfersIn, TransfersOut, or Reinstate.
