Creating qualification sources
Create qualification sources before you create competencies, skills or credentials.
- Select Administrator > Set Up > Qualifications > Qualification Sources.

Click Create, and specify
this information:
- Effective Date
- Specify the date on which the qualification source becomes effective.
- Qualification Source
- Specify the qualification source name.
- Description
- Specify a description. If you do not provide a description, the Qualification Source name is used as the default description.
- Candidate Display Indicator
- Select whether this qualification source is available to candidates. This field must be blank to show this qualification source.
- Active
- Select this check box to make the qualification source active. The qualification source is active by default. If you do not want the qualification source to be selectable at this moment, clear the check box.
- Country
- Select a country. When you select a country, the address field is available.
- Address
- Optionally, specify the address. If you are defining a qualification source for a credential, the address and URL can be used to verify credentials.
- Click Save.
